Sharing Practice

This social networking site has been established as a way of sharing e.learning practice in universities around the globe.
e.learning in a university context has developed differently across the world, and within countries, according to the student cohorts and industry expectations.
Unfortunately, far too often online course developers have seen e.learning as an opportunity to replicate the face-to-face courseware online with little acknowledgment of the vastly different learning space. "Shovelware" as it has become to be known, permeates and dominates online courseware designed and developed across many universities.

This site has been designed to allow university course designers, developers and teachers to share what works and key resources they have used to inform their practice.
Start you own forum and or group--share your links and key resources.

Good luck with your discussions.

Best,
Scot Aldred

I was busy working and handling my social life. You can say that I was hanging in bala… Continue
